Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and foreign languages (French, English, Italian, Spanish, German).

Teaching Methods

Lectures administered by the professor focusing on the essential threads of this line of work, followed by brief presentations performed by the students which will focus on specific topics of this theme. A debate will follow, which will be conducted by the professor.

Presentation of a final research work – in case students choose to do so, based on the subject provided by this seminar.

Learning Outcomes

Concerning the seminar theme I was assigned, “Indemnity by Sacrifice and the Special Indemnity Regime for Expropriation by Public Interest”, it is intended that students acquire a deep knowledge of this subject and develop their research skills on this issue.
