Presentation of works that result from an investigation of the pupils.

Participation in the seminars (50 %);

Work of investigation (50 %).

Learning Outcomes

The purpose is to deepen and problematize some specific aspects of the legal regime of successive execution contracts (long-term contracts), mainly related to their term and their ending or termination. Critical argumentation and investigation ability will be promoted by means of oral discusions and a written paper/article.
