Teaching Methods

The first three sessions will follow the lecture structure. Afterwards, debates will be held by the students on previously chosen topics. The assessment will be based on presentation papers, on the debate and on the presentation of a final research work.

Learning Outcomes

It is intended that students understand the formation of the law model within the time frame that spans from legal humanism until our own time. This model is codified as a result of a long political, philosophical and juridical elaboration of a project that has its roots on the modern Western culture.
