Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, students should be able to identify and understand the boundaries and duties that embody corporate social responsibility, assess corporate social strategies, analyze Sustainability Reports and understand the reasoning and implications of moral philosophy in business management and practice.

Syllabus

This course aims at introducing students to the discussion of ethical boundaries of corporate behavior in modern societies, presenting and debating the Corporate Social Responsibility concept and practical implications. In order to illustrate and deepen the understanding of issues, real cases will be presented, Sustainability Reports will be analyzed and ethical dilemmas will be discussed.
