Learning Outcomes

The curricular unit aims to complement specialized training through exposure to new methodologies and contexts. The aim is to optimize the resources and expertise of the three institutions involved, bringing new theoretical frameworks or models in development. The learning outcomes are the following: a) to reinforce research skills and methodological reflexions on risk sciences, associated with the handling, modelling, synthesizing and management of information; b) to develop the ability to evaluate the social, economic, cultural and legal admissibility of risk; c) to promote the ability to associate findings and models of reasoning to instruments of regulation and regulatory frameworks.
