Recommended Prerequisites
In addition to Portuguese and foreign languages, also consolidated learning on 1st cycle law studies subjects, especially public law-related ones.
Teaching Methods
Seminar-like classes. After a few sessions in which the main guidelines of the course topics will be introduced, students are expected to develop their written work. The latter will be subsequently presented and discussed in class. Evaluation will be based on the written work and the oral participation in class.
Learning Outcomes
The objective of this 2nd cycle course is to prepare students for their Master's dissertation by helping them to develop autonomous research skills and critical reflection.
