- Work and risk.

- The contributions of law under the Labor Law.

- Presentation of standards of health and safety at work. – Basic framework, with special emphasis on the Labor Code approved by Law 7/2009 and Law 102/2010.

- Concept of work-related accident and occupational disease and its practical importance, duties and obligations towards the employer, the claimant and the insurance company.

- The medico-legal assessment of post-traumatic injury in Labor Law.

- From assessment to repair.

- The medical-legal report.

- Difference in medico-legal assessment of damage in the various branches of law.

- National Table of Disabilities for Work-Related Accidents and Occupational Diseases and Table for Assessing Permanent Disabilities in civil law.

- Case studies.
