Teaching Methods

The face to face teaching, particularly in what concerns this course unit, must be completed by e-learning ant tutorial orientation.

A basic guideline is the active participation of the doctor’s degree candidates.

Learning Outcomes

The course on the doctor’s degree intends to be a specialization one. But it was felt as formative to include in the beginning a seminar that may grant the candidates access to scientific areas different from the specialization one. That’s why the research report of the General Seminar must concern a topic not included in the specialization area of each candidate.

This seminar is composed of a variable number of “modules” and aims at to achieve an interdisciplinary contact with the basic subject matter of the course (for the time being, “The Liability”).

Besides it’s important the idea of preparation to the research activity.

The syllabus fits to the unfolding of the basic topic (“The Liability”) from the view point of a particular area of law (history, methodology, obligations,  constitutional, administrative, commercial, economic, process or penal law).
