Anatomy and physiology of the female reproductive system and endocrinoly of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.

To understand anatomic and physiologic disorders and the most common gynecological diseases  in post-menopausal women. To know how to prevent gynecologic and breast malignant disorders. To understand urogynecological distress and diseases in elderly women.

Pathophysiology of the menopause – outcome and physical implications of ovary failure. Most common diseases in elderly women. Management of main diseases and implications of the menopause. Prevention strategies of malignant gynecological and breast tumors. Urogynecological distress and disfunction – iagnosis and treatment.
