Recommended Prerequisites

The recommended prerequisites include what is taught in the 1st cycle courses in the area of Pharmacy, Medicine, and Agricultural, Bioanalytical, Chemical Sciences or Engineering or, other courses considered appropriate by the FFUC Scientific Council.

Teaching Methods

Lectures with emerging issues in the area of Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemistry, seeking to foster discussion of case studies by tutorial guidance.

Learning Outcomes

The objectives of this curricular unit will be planned in order to prepare the students for the work to be developed within their dissertation / project during the 2nd year of the Master course. Thus, it is intended to confer capacity and expertise to students on Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemistry emerging issues.
With this curricular unit is also intended to stimulate the organization, systematization, international and national contacts and the ability to manage and filter large volumes of information from various sources.

Regarding the final evaluation of this curricular unit, it will be done with the preparation of an individual monograph, in accordance by the rules that are established by the FFUC Pedagogical Regulation: 100.0%
