c) Practical training in group dynamics: planning, implementing and evaluation
d) Face to face tutorials or at distance for portfolio construction or projetc design.
Learning Outcomes
1. Define and understand the basic concepts and theories on the issues of the dynamics and processes of development of groups: Types of groups, roles of members of the group, Goups' Diversity, Leadership, Communication, Decision Making, Alliances and Subgroups , Conflict Resolution
2. Know strategies and techniques for developing participation and empowerment (empowerment) in groups
3. Experience through practical exercises group processes. Theoretically reflect on their role in the development of group dynamics: Interdependence, Communication, Cohesion, Leadership, Decision making
4. Develop capacities for observation and study of group dynamics
5. Develop skills in planning, implementation and evaluation of exercises of group dynamics in diverse educational and trainning settings.
