Teaching Methods
The teaching methodology is oriented towards a deductive process focusing on the skills of students and the conceptual understanding and reflection of the themes.
Learning Outcomes
The Curricular Unit Seminar for Research in Social Education aims to promote discussion of the state of the art Research in Social Education and creates conditions for defining objects and understanding the methodological choices appropriate to the construction of knowledge within the master. Facilitates the consolidation of knowledge and the acquisition and development of analytical-reflective and operational skills required to develop multifaceted and multidisciplinary research objects. Thus, the curricular unit has the following objectives:
- A framework for research in education in terms of social epistemology, methodology and practice of social science research
- Deepening the analytical stages of planning applied to EC research
- Exploration of the practical procedures of a research project.
- Development of critical spirit, reflective and operating inherent of research process.
