Teaching Methods

There are theorical lessons in the classroom, and teaching  in groups (depending on the number of students), performing tasks or solving problems or cases or doing tests for the energetic pathways.

Learning Outcomes

The student must understand the influence of exercise on the Physiology and the physiological limitations to exercise. He must understand the bases of training and prescription of exercise. In the end he must  know how to make and interpret the energetic pathways tests.
