Learning Outcomes

To know the composition of the food; to understand the process of nutrition physiology; to know how to evaluate food intake; to know the normal and healthy eating; to know how to make the nutritional assessment of the athlete; to know the importance of nutrition in health and the athlete's performance; to know the advantages of several types of diet due to competitive cycle (before, during and after competition); to meet nutritional strategies in order to increase athletic performance; to know how to prevent sport injuries through food.
