Teaching Methods

Theoretical lectures and content analysis with the use of power-point projection, resolution of practical cases in group and subsequent correction.

Learning Outcomes

Students should know, theoretically, the various Notary systems especially the Portuguese, as well as the main systems of registration, maxime, Portuguese land registry and commercial registry.

Students should solve case studies on situations about Portuguese land registry and commercial registry based on that theoretical knowledge.
