Learning Outcomes

At the end of the curricular unit students should be able to:

- Indicate and describe explanatory theories related to the Human Resources Psychology

- Identify, define and discuss psychological concepts related to the human resource management function, the various relationships/various contracts of employees with the organization, knowledge management, quality of work life and decent work

- Diagnose and evaluate individual, group and organizational contexts related to Human Resource Psychology

It is also expected that students will develop the following competencies:

Group work on one of the topics of the program; two parts:written part with a weight of 25%, in which the content (in 20%),the form (in 5%),can not exceed 15 pages(without references and attachments)and in the APA format;face to face presentation:weight of 10%,content of 15%, making up the remaining 25%;written work:on the literature published in the last 5 years: 50.0%
