None. We recommended, however, some knowledge in the area of Organizational Psychology.

Teaching Methods

In conjunction with the objectives defined for this discipline and with the ongoing evaluation system will use teaching methods focused on students and requiring all an attitude of great involvement and participation. So, be held individual and group work, role play sessions, classroom presentations, discussions and reflections in small and large groups. Sessions are planned with guests and study visits, targeting a wider approach to intervention in work and in organizations, on issues related to the themes studied.

Learning Outcomes

It is a discipline of the 4th year of the curriculum of the master in psychology, area of specialization in psychology of organizations and work. This curriculum unit is dedicated to learning technology or theories of change and intervention skills in the discipline of psychology of Work. Offers know-how in the field of interventions in the field of psychology of work, as well as an overview of intervention approaches related to the redefinition of the work and the optimization of the activity of human labour. Expected learning outcomes: development of self-management capabilities, information processing, communication, teamwork, academic. Intervention skills: planning, person-oriented intervention, direct intervention geared to the situation, the intervention indirectly, the implementation of services.

Syllabus

1. The Psychology of Work: emergency and object of study. Ergonomics and human factors: emergence, history and objectives: identification and analysis of the factors that have an impact on the work performance and employee well-being and organizational performance. Occupational Health Psychology: creating workspaces wellness promoters where productivity and health are compatible.

2. The design of the work and the different approaches of work (e.g., Sociotécnica Approach, humanization of labour and participatory and Integrated Approach-Macro Ergonomics). Conceptions about the Work Design: motivational theories and technical issues (technology).

3. Psychosocial risks at work: identification and analysis of risks, your categorization and management: models, steps, care. Occupational stress as a result of psychosocial issues in organizations.

4. Integrated approach and the different types of intervention: Macro ergonomics and participatory approach.
