Learning Outcomes

At the end of this curricular unit students are able:

- To know how to use techniques and instruments of organizational evaluation;

- To know how to carry out a diagnosis and an assessment in organizations;

- To develop a set of nuclear skills in order to complete the internship and to carry out the functions of an organizational psychologist.
