Teaching Methods

Lectures are expository nature and present them and develop the themes depending on their environment in the course. The function of the masterly lesson is to provide information on the organizational sequence of content and motivation of students. The laboratory teaching is given to groups of 16 students, divided into four working groups. Evaluation of Theoretical Component: Assessment methods: final examination; Assessment Method: performing partial assessments previously scheduled with students

Learning Outcomes

Pharmacology involves the study of history, origin, physical-chemical, biochemical and physiological effects, mechanisms of action, absorption, distribution, biotransformation and excretion, as well as uses for therapeutic purposes or not, pharmaceuticals. Therefore, we can say that Pharmacology, in itself, is concerned with the study of the functional mechanisms of a drug at the cellular and organic level, so you can get a therapeutic advantage in the situation where this were to be used.
