Learning Outcomes

To acquire knowledge on obligations. A good grasp of theoretical training is required in order to address real life cases relating to human interests which call for an accurate legal solution.

1- Place of obligations in the Patrimonial Civil Law framework. 2- Concept of obligation. 3- object and modalities of obligation. 3- Difference between obligations and  real rights. 4- Sources of obligations: especially contracts and civil liability. 5- General principles of contract. 6- Preliminary contract and its regulation. 7. Pre-emption agreement and its regulation 8. Contract in favour of a third party and its regulation. 9. Contract for legal person to be appointed and its regulation. 10. Unilateral undertakings 11. Negotiorum gestio 11- Unjustified enrichment
