Learning Outcomes

To provide an overarching view on the Procedural Administrative Law in the Portuguese legal system is the main goal of the course. Building upon the Administrative Law I and II courses, it aims to examine the same subjects from a more litigation-related perspective based on the chief legislative acts on the issue, namely, the Code of Procedure in Administrative Courts (CPTA) and the Statute in Administrative and Tax Courts (ETAF).

The bulk of the course will consist of lectures and discussion classes. Standard evaluation at the end.
