Recommended Prerequisites
The curricular units of Statistics I and II (1st year of the MSc in Psychology) and Research Methods in Psychology I (2nd year / first semester of the MSc in Psychology).
Teaching Methods
Theoretical and Practical classes, including:
1) Presentation of content for each theme using audio-visual means;
2) Resolution of methodological problems using exercises of practical application using appropriate software.
The evaluation consists of a final exam, covering all subjects taught (theoretical and practical).
As a complement to the final evaluation, students will be able to participate in ongoing research projects.
Learning Outcomes
The objective of the Research Methodology in Psychology II curricular unit is the development of the theoretical and technical skills necessary for scientific research in the field of psychological sciences through the study of the fundamental processes and specific strategies for planning, implementation, analysis, interpretation and presentation of results.
