Learning Outcomes

Positive, critical knowledge of Collective Labor Law in order to acquire a full grasp of the regulation concerning collective and individual labor work and the labor market. A cohesive, context-sensitive view on the worker-employer relationship in the company. Contribute toward a full, cohesive training of labor jurists.

Collective Labor Law basic categories(collective autonomy,collective interest,social concertation bodies)and thorough study of collective representation(trade unions,employers unions,workers’ committees,European works councils),of collective bargaining,strike and the legal procedures for  collective labor conflict resolution.
