Doctoral students should carry out research on the most recent developments of the subjects they intend to investigate in their thesis. They will develop essays that will be presented and discussed in class.

The assessment includes:

- The research essay

- The presentation and discussion of the essay

Learning Outcomes

The objective of this course is to provide a debate on various topics of Management, through the discussion of recently published studies, which can be used as references for the development of future research.

Doctoral students should become familiar with the research practices in management. They also should develop skills to address a research study critically, identifying the methodologies used, the main results, and opportunities for future research.
