Learning Outcomes

Performance is the multidimensional dependent variable more used in management research. In this research context results are directly dependent of the constructs used to measure this variable. The objective of this course is to provide doctoral students with different approaches to measure organizational performance.

Successfully concluded this course, doctoral student should improve his capacity of analysis and his ability to identify the appropriate performance dimensions that can use in his research project.

In this course it would be analyzed the different approaches to organizational performance, namely in those areas related with the business management doctoral program specializations, namely accounting, strategy, finance, human behavior, operations management, and marketing.
