Teaching Methods

  In groups, the students will present articles of recognized journals that are based on important theories of management and, individually, they present clues for future research in their area of interest. The assessment is based on these two presentations and a final report. Assessment involves two presentations and one written report. 

Learning Outcomes

  The purpose of this course is to stimulate the process of developing a research work. In particular, it is intended that students understand the importance of developing a research model well supported in theory, as well as stimulate the identification of a gap in the literature.

Doctoral students are expected to understand the importance of having a set of logically articulated set of hypotheses and to have defined some specific research goals for their doctoral thesis.
