Learning Outcomes
The goal of this course is to provide doctoral students with the necessary knowledge to understand the current state of the art on knowledge management and some of its main concepts. In particular, students should understand the origins of the discipline, the different perspectives of analysis, consider the importance of organizational learning, the different fields of use of the knowledge and knowledge management tools.
Doctoral students should understand the importance of a new paradigm in the management of organizations, which emphasizes the role of knowledge as a critical and strategic resource within organizations, particularly with regard to its competitiveness, efficiency and effectiveness.
