Teaching Methods

Theoretical-practical classes, using audiovisual tools, presenting the concepts, principles and practices of innovation management, and then in the use of the taught tools (value proposition canvas and busimessn model canvas, MVP's tools, social media, among others).

Learning Outcomes

The organizations’ competitiveness of is increasingly dependent on their ability to be both efficient and innovative. But how to innovate? This curricular unit presents the main concepts of innovation management, while presetting the students with the latest methodologies and tools to launch new products and services.
