Does not need any knowledge base. This block shall be initiated by sensibilization and mini tennis.
Teaching Methods
The contents to approach need some time to consolidate, once it is necessary to automate several technical-tactical behaviors, then that our option happens essentially for the practical character of the teaching of the tennis, promoting a larger time of motor practice.
Learning Outcomes
- Know in a general way the origin of the modality;
- Find out what the structure of the modality in Portugal;
- Know the official rules;
- Know the competitive draws;
- Know how to describe and demonstrate the basic technique;
- Know the basic tennis tactic;
- Know the methodology for the tennis initiation;
- Identify the main technical-tactical errors;
- How correct the main technical-tactical errors;
- Have a general concept of the game of tennis.
