Teaching Methods
In this CU teamwork will be stimulated and the teaching will be deeply interactive, involving the participants in the animation of the sessions. We will try to involve students in the process of their learning, whenever possible, shaping it in to their individual interests, without losing sight of the conceptual bases that are required. An eminently practical component will be given to the subjects to be taught, whenever possible, with the involvement of companies or real cases.
Learning Outcomes
This course aims to take a new look at the world of organizations, highlighting the impact of structures and the role of innovation systems. It is intended to move from an eminently administrative view of organizational design to a market-oriented organization. Based on theory and real examples, as well as on students' experience, we will seek to identify the organizational designs of the future and those that ensure greater effectiveness and greater competitiveness for companies.
