Learning Outcomes

Students are expected to show a deep understanding of the strategic importance of Vision and Mission for business success, and to develop conceptual skills regarding strategic analysis, design and assessment of strategies, implementation and control. Furthermore, they are expected to develop personal skills of leadership and teamwork, as well as technical skills for using different strategic models and solving problems.
