Learning Outcomes

Overall objectives

The discipline objectives are, first of all, show to the students the most important international commercial contracts as an important instrument of the international trade. Second to teach the students the legal principles and rules of this contracts in perspective of the international trade enterprises.

Specific objectives

Allow the students to understanding and act in import and export international activity.

Generic competencies

Capacity in general knowledge of international commercial contracts.

Specific competencies

Ability of communicate with others professionals and work in enterprises of international trade (import/export).

3. Viena`s Convention of 1980. The formation, obligations and the rupture of contract.

4. The INCOTERMS 2020

5. The international payments. The documentary credit.

6. The international contracts of commercial distribution. Agency and Franchising.

7. The international Finance contracts. Leasing and Factoring and Confirming.

8. International Commercial arbitration.
