Explanation of key content accompanied by legal norms with the support of a datashow. Frequent questioning of students requesting the critical assessment of concrete cases. Critical analysis and resolution of cases.

Learning Outcomes

Overall objectives: To acquire a general knowledge of Law of the financial institutions and markets.

Specific objectives: a) to understand the law - principles and rule of law – and its role on regulation and supervision of the financial institutions and markets.; b) to understand, in general, the relationship between State, law and financial system and, in special, the juridical regulation and supervision of financial system; c) to recognize the institutions, activities and financial markets; d) to know the financial instruments.
