Learning Outcomes
Course of applied Industrial Economics based on several issues about Economics of Regulation. Students must be able to:
(i) Justify economic regulation
(ii) Identify market failures
(iii) Manipulate the mechanisms of natural monopoly regulation
(iv) Understand regulation with asymmetric information
(v) Appreciate the consequences of the regulatory reform of network industries
(vi) Make applications to some utilities
