Dependent on the specific field of the Seminar.

Teaching Methods

The student should keep in close and regular contact for advise, guidance and discussion with the supervisor of the Seminar - academic staff member or researcher, usually the provisional Supervisor of Projeto de Tese - until the final presentation of the Seminar.

Learning Outcomes

Development, organization, planning and public presentation of a scientific topic strongly related to but not coincident with that of the Thesis Project. Widening of perspectives in the area of the student's future training throughout the Thesis project and PhD thesis. Development of communication soft-skills.
