Recommended Prerequisites

Familiar with the basic elements of visual comunication like typography and the basic principles of design     

Teaching Methods

The method enhances cognitive learning by:

- Lectures supported by display cases;

- practical exercises;

- Linking theory and practice - theoretical knowledge through exercise.

 

Class presentation and discussion of design projects with reference in the literature. Development of practical work aimed at solving real problems in a simulated context. Presentation of projects and discussion with colleagues. Study and evaluation.

Learning Outcomes

This course develops the knowledge of the practices and methods of design with emphasis on digital media. It values  design problems solving supported by knowledge of different platforms and media production and publishing.
