Learning Outcomes
Objectives:
Provide students with a better understanding of economic problems to be able to understand from an economic point of view problems of individuals and societies, applying basic economic concepts and economic reasoning to the analysis of current events.
Understand how the economy operates, how some government policies affect its performance, and perceive that economic institutions are an important element of any social system, thus social changes are often influenced by economic forces, so economics is important for related social sciences.
