Learning Outcomes
To know the fundamental phases of the evolution of organizational thinking, as well as to introduce some of the principal organizational processes in order to develop the ability of analysis and of intervention in organizations.

The system approach to the study of organizations e the sociotechnical model; 1.5. The contingential approach; 1.6. The political approach to organizations; 1.7. Current trends);
2) Processes (2.1. individual processes of organizational behaviour– motivation and occupational stress; 2.2. Social processes of organizational behaviour – workgroups and teams/decision making; workgroups and teams /leadership; workgroups and teams /effectiveness; workgroups and teams /conflicts; 2.3. Systemic processes of organizational behaviour – organizational change and change management; organizational culture; knowledge management; leadership; communication; organizational structures).
