Spanish Language and Culture Course – level V

General Objectives of the Course

Be able to understand the main ideas of more complex texts, whose themes are concrete or abstract. Be able to understand texts of technical nature. Be able to interact with native speakers with a sufficient degree of fluency and naturalness, so that communication is carried out without effort on the part of the interlocutors. Be able to adapt their language, both oral and written, to the environment in which they find themselves. Be able to create clear and specific texts on various topics. Be able to clarify ideas, oppose arguments and identify the pros and cons, making use of specific expressions and connectors. Be able to debate everyday situations defining points of view. Be able to use set phrases in their written and oral speech. Be able to plan how and what one is going to say, considering the effect their comments will have on the listener (s).
