General Objectives of the Course

Provide experts involved in assessing bodily Dammage with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills for a qualified assessment of bodily dammage in the various fields of law.

Holders of Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or legal equivalent in Medicine. Exceptionally candidates from other professional areas may be admitted whose curriculum vitae reveals an adequate scientific preparation based on.

Learning Objectives and Intended Skills

Methodology and practical procedures related to the various forms of personal injury assessment: interview, physical examination (observation, discussion, documentation, evidence gathering and final physical examination), complementary examinations, interpretation, assessment and preparation of the final expert report.
