General Objectives of the Course

1. Students will acquire communicative skills, elementary level, in the 4 basic skills of language: listening, speaking, reading and writing. 2. To acquire and develop knowledge on Chinese culture.

Learning Objectives and Intended Skills

Chinese II: transition from level A1 to level A. Speaking: mastering the basic expressions for developing a dialogue on topics linked to location, shopping, telling about a trip in a simple way and using the present tense. Understanding: understanding simple dialogues and texts on the same topics. Writing: mastering the basic structures of the future tense; knowing how to write the key words of basic expressions.
