The training previously obtained must be properly proven and can be reflected in the allocation of equivalencies for curricular units of the study cycle. The process of recognition and its limits in terms of ECTS are laid out in the Regulation for Recognition of Prior Studies and Professional Experience of the University of Coimbra, which will always be dealt with seeking consensus with the regulations that may exist at the Open University on identical subjects.
