Training Course in Computational and Informatics Means in Mathematics Teaching

General Objectives of the Course

Students should be knowledgeable and with a critical perspective in the use of different types of software connected to different topics of Mathematics(Geometry, Functions, Statistics) so that they are able to integrate them successfully in their future teaching.

Admission Requirements

Eligible applicants are teachers of Basic (2nd and 3rd cycle) and Secondary Education. The admission of other applicants will be based upon both CV analysis and personal motivations.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading

The final score of each student will be expressed quantitatively and qualitatively, on a numerical integer scale ranging from 1 to 10 (according to the documents number 3/2007 of September/2007 and number 1 of January/2008, published by the CCPFC) as follows:
Excellent – from 9 to 10 points;
Very Good – from 8 to 8,9 points;
Good – from 6,5 to 7,9 points;
Satisfactory – from 5 to 6,4 points;
Insufficient – from 1 to 4,9 points.
