General Objectives of the Course
Knowledge of several methods of problem solving in Mathematics used by ancientcivilizations.

The final score of each student will be expressed quantitatively and qualitatively, on anumerical integer scale ranging from 1 to 10 (according to the documents number 3/2007 of September/2007 and number 1 of January/2008, published by the CCPFC) as follows:Excellent – from 9 to 10 points;
Very Good – from 8 to 8,9 points;
Good – from 6,5 to 7,9 points;
Satisfactory – from 5 to 6,4 points;
Insufficient – from 1 to 4,9 points.
