Ther Coirse allows to recognize the importance of the clinical trials phases, evaluation and authorization opf a new Clinical Trial and prevision of difficulties during the conduction and monitorization of Clinical Trials

Learning Objectives and Intended Skills

Students should know the different phases experienced by a drug molecule after be administered to humans, before the marketing authorization, namely in what concern to their safety and tolerance. They should also be aware of the regulatory issues related with the authorization of a experimental drug used in Clinical Trials.
