The course aims to develop professional development and career management competencies that facilitate the transition to professional nursing practice. In this context, participants will be equipped to analyse the challenges associated with entering the labour market, identify competencies valued by employers and career opportunities within the nursing profession, utilise digital tools and resources to support employability, and prepare professional application documents that facilitate
workforce integration and career progression.
