Training Course in 5th Transition Workshop - "I survived the 1st year, and now?"

Rectorate Diploma/Certificate

General Objectives of the Course

Within the framework of the UC program for promoting academic success and combating dropout rates (On-Board Plus), the 5th Transition Workshop - "I Survived the 1st Year, Now What?" was designed to empower students through a journey from reflection to action, with the primary objective of promoting academic retention and continuity by preparing them for an autonomous and resilient transition to the 2nd year. To this end, the workshop aims to stimulate a critical review of the individual journey and the recognition of personal growth, provide tools to manage frustration and redefine goals in the face of eventual setbacks, spark interest in extracurricular opportunities that enrich the curriculum beyond the classroom - such as student associations, volunteering and Erasmus - and guide students in the practical planning of the new academic year.
