General Objectives of the Course

To empower organizational/work/human resources/industrial psychologists, managers, and psychology students (organizational psychology) to understand the foundations of Artificial Intelligence, its impacts on the world of work, and how to apply AI-based tools in organizations in an ethical and strategic manner.

Learning Objectives and Intended Skills

It is expected that participants will develop strategic competencies to propose and implement initiatives that integrate Artificial Intelligence into organizational processes in a responsible and innovative way. They should be able to design action plans that promote human development, well-being, and inclusion, aligning technology with the needs and values of people and organizations. The objective is for them to be able to identify innovation opportunities, assess the impact of AI solutions on
organizational climate and team performance, and propose strategies that ensure sustainability and a balance between technological efficiency and human development.
