accessible way for those without a technical background. Demonstrate practical applications of LLMs in various areas, such as customer service, marketing, content creation, and support for writing tasks. Discuss limitations, ethical challenges, and necessary precautions when using these tools. Enable participants to interact effectively with LLMs, understanding how to formulate prompts, evaluate results, and identify potential errors.

Recognize limitations and risks associated with the use of LLMs, as well as best practices to mitigate potential issues. Apply basic techniques for interacting with language models (simple prompt engineering) to obtain better
responses.
