Training Course in: Transition Workshop II- “How to survive university assessments?

General Objectives of the Course

As part of the program to promote academic success and combat dropout rates at
UC (On-Board Plus), this Workshop 2 on Transition from Secondary Education to Higher Education – “How to survive university assessments?” – aims to support students in effectively managing the assessment period by promoting organizational strategies, efficient study methods, and emotional self-control techniques in order to increase academic success and reduce anxiety associated with university assessments.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading

Qualitative assessment with pass/fail grading system. To pass, participants must attend the full session (2 hours). Attendance is the sole criterion for assessment in this short-format course.

Learning Objectives and Intended Skills

Students will develop skills in planning, time management, self regulation, resilience, communication, and collaborative work, learning to cope with pressure and adopt study habits and wellness practices that promote a balance between academic performance and mental health.
